Welcome to Plazuno, a digital platform that connects organizations and professionals active in, among others, the continuous improvement industry. By accessing or using our platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Plazuno.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional use. By using Plazuno, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old; and
You are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization (if applicable).

3. Account and Access

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
All activity under your account.

Plazuno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to continuous improvement or any other industry in which Plazuno has launched a platform.
You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform,
Interfere with the platform’s operation, or
Use it to distribute spam, malicious software, or unauthorized data.

Plazuno may modify or update the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. By subscribing or purchasing paid features, you agree to the following:

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By making a payment, you also agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service. Plazuno does not store or have access to full payment card details; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with applicable data protection and financial regulations.
Billing and Renewals
You authorize Plazuno to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
Price Changes
Plazuno may change its pricing, plans, or subscription features from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period, unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials made available through the Service remain the property of Plazuno or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any data, materials, or content you upload, but you grant Plazuno a limited license to use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Plazuno, you agree that your information may be processed in accordance with that policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Plazuno is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Plazuno provides the Service “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Plazuno is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities,
arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel a paid subscription before the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), your access will remain active until that period ends. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time or remaining subscription periods, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Plazuno may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, but certain obligations (such as confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability limitations) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website, with the revised date shown above.
Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
